Yes you receive a 12 month warranty on each piece of jewelry your purchase from Faya & Co. Manufacture defects are included in the warranty. Manufacturing defects do not include tear, scratching, stretched chains, lost jewelry or jewelry damage due to improper cleaning or storage.

Cleaning

  • After wearing in saltwater or chlorine it is suggested to wash with freshwater
  • Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft jewelry cloth to remove any surface chemicals or residue.
  • Use a jewelry cloth to polish and restore the shine of your pieces.

Avoid

  • Do not apply perfumes directly onto your jewelry.
  • Steer clear of exposure to chemicals found in lotions, sunscreens, body washes, etc.
  • Avoid storing your jewelry in areas with high humidity- Eg:  the bathroom.
