At Faya & Co., we craft jewellery to stand the test of time. Our 365-day "We back our Jewellery Guarantee" covers manufacturing faults and tarnishes — but not adventurous "oopsie" moments (so maybe leave your necklace at home for sky diving sessions).

The Fine Print

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects, such as issues with materials, workmanship, or construction during production.
  • Tarnishing or discoloration caused by faulty craftsmanship.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss of gemstones/jewellery.
  • Tarnishing or fading of plating due to improper handling.
  • Broken chains, chipped, cracked, or broken pearls (unless they are manufacturing defects).

Warranty Process

If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, here’s how to get it sorted:

  1. Contact our customer service team at Support@fayaandco.com within 365 days of the purchase date.
  2. Include your order details, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product.

Our team will review your claim and let you know if it falls within our warranty coverage. If approved, we’ll repair or replace your jewellery at no additional cost.

3. If the affected piece is no longer stocked by us we will issue a giftcard.

A Few Notes:

  • Shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility. return cost on Faya & Co.
  • We reserve the right to decline claims that don’t meet the warranty criteria.

Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser (keep your receipt handy!).
  • Following care instructions is essential to maintaining your jewellery’s longevity.
