Yes you receive a 12 month warranty on each piece of jewelry your purchase from Faya & Co. Manufacture defects and discoloration are included in the warranty. Manufacturing defects do not include tear, scratching, stretched chains, lost jewelry or jewelry damage due to improper cleaning or storage.

Care and Cleaning Instructions

Cleaning:

• After wearing in saltwater or chlorine it is suggested to wash with freshwater
• Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft jewelry cloth to remove any surface chemicals or residue.
• Use a jewelry cloth to polish and restore the shine of your pieces.

Avoid:

• Do not apply perfumes directly onto your jewelry.
• Steer clear of exposure to chemicals found in lotions, sunscreens, body washes, etc.
• Avoid storing your jewelry in areas with high humidity- Eg:  the bathroom.
